Gregory Swanson is an LA based Design Manager and Operations & Construction Consultant. He has over 25 years of experience working with owners on their high-end custom commercial projects. His role as a Design Manager and Pre-Construction consultant stems from his work experience as a designer, architect and project manager. All combined, he has over 500,000 sf of commercial entertainment, hospitality, and nightlife developments built-out. This broad depth of experience has given him an attuned ability to see the brilliance behind even the most ambitious and unconventional of client concepts. His mission is to develop client dreams, create and manage the project teams, and find the pathway to project success!
