We focus on large scale, 20,000 sf to 30,000 sf boutique style food-hall projects in historic abandoned buildings. We typically purchase city owned property in up and coming areas, located within walking distance from rail lines to promote city growth and public transportation. My responsibilities begin with receiving or finding an RFP, performing preliminary site analysis and due diligence to review project feasibility. From this point I develop the overall concept design for the project, and create the design, operations, and financial presentation decks to submit to the property owner.  After obtaining a project, my next step is to put together consultant and contractor teams and begin project startup coordination, which upon signing of a lease, transitions into project management. After obtaining permits, my role transitions into construction management and I oversee a project through until opening day. Additionally, in each project we own/operate the alcohol related tenant space, in which I develop the programming and operational concepts.
